Warranty Terms

Any shipment errors, discrepancies, damage, faulty products or manufacturing defects could be claimed not more than 5 working days after the date of receipt of goods at importer’s receiving location.

Warranty coverage:

This warranty is for the period of three (3) months from date the spare part is purchased from RMA.

RMAA will repair or replace the Product, or part of the Product, proven to be defective to RMA’s satisfaction, free of charge. The warranty period for repaired or replaced parts or accessories will be for the balance of the original warranty period of the Product.

Warranty limitations:

  • This warranty does not cover parts that fail due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, impact, accident, racing or the use of non-Ford parts, or parts installed in vehicles other than those listed in Ford authorized catalogs, including other Ford Motor Company brands, or parts that are replaced as a part of normal maintenance.
  •  To the extent allowed by law, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, commercial loss and consequential damages are not covered.
  • RMAA reserves the right to have the part inspected to ensure that all pertinent provisions of this warranty have been met prior to any replacement, repair, or refund
  • Engine warranties are limited to defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers and oil pumps. Purchaser will be charged only for the block, heads, valvetrain and rotating assembly. All other parts, including switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps and manifolds, that may be provided are considered accessories and are not covered by this limited warranty. The head gasket is the only gasket covered under this warranty.
  • Timing belts, water pumps, thermostats, spark plugs, oil filters and oil, fluids, gaskets and seals are routine maintenance items. They should be inspected and, when necessary, replaced at the time of installation and at the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended service intervals. This includes, but is not limited to, intake, oil pan and valve cover gaskets. Fluid leaks are not covered under this warranty.
  • Proper operation of the cooling, electrical and fuel systems must be checked during the installation of products that can be affected by those systems.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • This limited warranty will not cover the following.
    Failure of a part that has been modified from the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Damage or failure arising directly or indirectly from improper installation. Improper installation means installation that is not in accordance with original equipment manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Damage or failure arising directly or indirectly from related vehicle problems, misuse, improper or insufficient maintenance, neglect, abuse, overheating, vandalism, abnormal operation, environmental conditions or collision with any other object.
  • Damage or failure caused by towing a trailer or other vehicle unless the vehicle is equipped for this purpose as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer
  • Damage or failure caused by or related to a collision, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, freezing or flood.
  • Windshield and other glass breakage
  • Claims related to the overheating and/or improper lubrication of the part or its components.
  • Tie rod ends, ball joints, and bushings related to steering and suspension components.
  • Brake components, including but not limited to, rotors, drums, calipers, pads, seals, cables and hoses.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Automotive repair manuals
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Ex: ECU’s, Switch, sensors, relays, regulators, fuel pump etc)
  • Items incorrectly shipped to RMA.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued within 20 business days.
The return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us only if the product is found to be defective at the time of shipment or there is some shipping error on our part and the maximum reimbursement for return shipping will be equal to the shipping charged by us while the delivery of the order. In all other cases the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. 
A 15% restocking fee is charged on the returns which are not the result of our mistake.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Once orders are shipped from our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent. Please allow 24-48 hours after receipt of tracking number for tracking status to be updated.
  • The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at rmaautoparts@rmagroup.net the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.
  • RMA makes every effort to ensure that the ordered products reach the Buyers in the shortest possible time. Delivery time depends on the availability of the product (this information can be found on the product card).
  • The shipment is carried out immediately after the payment is received at our account

The item is readily available in our warehouse and is expected to be prepared for shipment within a few hours after the receipt of payment. Part with this status get shipped via DHL within 5-10 working days (Asia), 10-15 working days (Europe, America & Australia) after the receipt of payment.

Currently we only accept 100% TT payment to our account, Credit card and through our PayPal account. For international order, please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, 
brokerage fees and handling fees to your local authorities or customs offices.

Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Once your payment has been processed and funds cleared,
you will receive a second e-mail containing all the necessary dispatch information, including your delivery tracking number.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide. When the order is shipped, clients will receive an e-mail from us specifying the tracking number.
Please note, once we have emailed you the tracking reference, we recommend you track from this point online.

If a package is returned to RMAA due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. RMAA is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

RMAA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, RMAA will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

The company will not be held responsible for any unauthorized repair work. Engine warranty applies to the bare unit only, any accessory items supplied with the unit are for your convenience only and are not covered. Warranty does not extend to consumables i.e. gaskets, filters, plugs etc., nor does it cover oil leaks. This is the responsibility of the filter. Engine warranties will become void if unit is overheated, ensure cooling is in good order.
