Currently we only accept 100% TT payment to our account, Credit card and through our PayPal account. For international order, please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, 
brokerage fees and handling fees to your local authorities or customs offices.

Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Once your payment has been processed and funds cleared,
you will receive a second e-mail containing all the necessary dispatch information, including your delivery tracking number.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide. When the order is shipped, clients will receive an e-mail from us specifying the tracking number.
Please note, once we have emailed you the tracking reference, we recommend you track from this point online.

If a package is returned to RMAA due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. RMAA is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

RMAA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, RMAA will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
