Any shipment errors, discrepancies, damage, faulty products or manufacturing defects could be claimed not more than 5 working days after the date of receipt of goods at importer’s receiving location.
This warranty is for the period of three (3) months from date the spare part is purchased from RMA.
RMAA will repair or replace the Product, or part of the Product, proven to be defective to RMA’s satisfaction, free of charge. The warranty period for repaired or replaced parts or accessories will be for the balance of the original warranty period of the Product.
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued within 20 business days.
The return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us only if the product is found to be defective at the time of shipment or there is some shipping error on our part and the maximum reimbursement for return shipping will be equal to the shipping charged by us while the delivery of the order. In all other cases the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
A 15% restocking fee is charged on the returns which are not the result of our mistake.
